Sally Ann Creed’s Big Banting Loaf

If you’re cutting down on carbohydrates, but miss having a piece of bread to spread a nut butter on, then Sally Ann Creed’s Big Banting Loaf is for you.

Gluten-Free and Free From Added Sugar


  • Sally Ann Creed’s The Big Big Banting Loaf premix
  • 6 eggs
  • 250ml Greek yogurt or buttermilk
  • Seeds to sprinkle on the top


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. Combine and beat all of the wet ingredient in a medium sized bowl
  3. Fold the wet mixture into the dry premix
  4. Pour the mixture into a large, greased loaf tin and then sprinkle some nuts or seeds on top
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
