Tasty Low Carb Chicken Balls

These chicken balls are a winner for kids, great as portable snacks, easy lunch box additions and delicious in a variety of meals.

(Low Carb, Sugar Free, Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 20g parmesan, finely grated
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/8th tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garic powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together until well combined
  3. Roll into mini meatballs
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or foil
  5. Bake for 20mins
