This Moroccan chicken livers recipe is so simple, delicious and packed full of nutrition!
Livers are naturally rich in high quality amino acids, fat, B vitamins (particularly B12), CoQ10, choline, minerals (particularly iron), and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins A, D and K).

- 500g fresh chicken livers
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 whole tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Simply throw all the ingredients into a wok or frying pan and cook on a medium/high heat until the chicken livers are done.
- Season to taste.
