Green Mint Choc Chip Protein Smoothie

Breakfast should never be boring… and this mint choc chip smoothie recipe is far from it! It tastes like a treat, but it’s actually really healthy. With healthy fats from avocado, protein powder, and spinach leaves, this smoothie definitely makes a filling meal.

(low carb, sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free)

Serves 2


  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup natural protein powder
  • 3 tbsp erythritol
  • 2 tbsps mint leaves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 or 4 drops organic peppermint essential oil
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Cacao nibs for topping


  1. Place all ingredients (besides cacao nibs) into a powder blender and blend till smooth
  2. Top with cacao nibs & serve
