LCHF Chocolate Mousse

This LCHF Chocolate Mousse recipe is low carb, healthy fat, and is sugar-free and gluten-free.

Decadent, smooth, satisfying with hint of crunch, this mousse is truly delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 250g full fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol/xylitol*
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 2 Tbsp cocont oil
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cacao nibs for topping

 

Method:

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into ramekins or wine glasses and serve chilled.
  3. Top with cacao nibs and or desiccated coconut.

*To powder the xylitol or erythritol, blend on high speed in a power blender.
