This LCHF Chocolate Mousse recipe is low carb, healthy fat, and is sugar-free and gluten-free.
Decadent, smooth, satisfying with hint of crunch, this mousse is truly delicious!
- 250g full fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol/xylitol*
- 1 can coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp cocont oil
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- cacao nibs for topping
- Simply add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend till smooth.
- Pour into ramekins or wine glasses and serve chilled.
- Top with cacao nibs and or desiccated coconut.
*To powder the xylitol or erythritol, blend on high speed in a power blender.
