Easy Balsamic and Chilli Sticky Chicken

This sticky chicken dish really has got to be one of our easiest recipes to throw together. You simply need stock of the Stonelodge Balsamic and Chilli Dressing in your cupboard (sold in Lifestyle Health). The Stonelodge Dressings are great because they are natural, sugar and preservative free, and they have a shelf life of a year (however we guarantee that you will have used them up long before then).

(dairy-free, sugar-free, low carb, paleo, gluten free)


Serves: 2 – 4



±90 ml Stonelodge Balsamic and Chilli Dressing
800g – 900g Chicken Drumsticks or Chicken Thighs
Salt and Pepper to taste



1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Marinade the chicken drumsticks or thighs in the Stonelodge Balsamic and Chilli Dressing for 1 – 2 hours.

2. Preheat an oven to 180ºC.

3. Place the marinated chicken in a large baking dish. Cover with aluminium foil and bake for approximately 30 – 45mins.

4. Serve with your favourite side dishes.
