LCHF Avo & Vanilla Smoothie

Smoothies are such a quick and easy meal, that you can pack full of nutrition. Here is a LCHF avo & vanilla smoothie to eat on the go.

(Low Carb, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)


  • 1 cup or 250ml thick Greek yoghurt
  • 165mls coconut milk (just less than half a can)
  • 1 small avo or 1/2 large avo
  • 2 tbsp pure whey protein powder (ideally from organic, grass-fed cows)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp erythritol (or xylitol)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice


  1. This could not be more easy – simply throw everything into a blender, and then blend until smooth!
