- 1 400ml can coconut milk
- 100g raw macadamia nuts
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp erythritol (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp whey protein (optional)
- 1 cup ice
