Perfect for those on a LCHF or Keto diet this Coconut & Macadamia Smoothie is a great way to increase your total intake of fat, boost energy levels, satiate hunger and boost metabolism.

Ingredients:

  • 1 400ml can coconut milk
  • 100g raw macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp erythritol (optional)
  • 1-2 tbsp whey protein (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
