Low Carb Choc Mint Smoothie

Chocolatey enough to satisfy any craving this choc mint smoothie is nutritious enough for breakfast and decadent enough for a dessert.

(Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, and Low-Carb)

Serves 2


  • 400mls organic coconut milk
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 Tbsp whey powder unflavoured (preferably organic or from grass-fed cows)
  • 2 Tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp erythritol (or xylitol)
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a powder blender and then blend till smooth.
  2. Top with coconut flakes or fresh mint leaves if desired.
  3. Enjoy!
