Chocolatey enough to satisfy any craving this choc mint smoothie is nutritious enough for breakfast and decadent enough for a dessert.
(Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, and Low-Carb)
- 400mls organic coconut milk
- 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbsp whey powder unflavoured (preferably organic or from grass-fed cows)
- 2 Tbsp organic coconut oil
- 3-4 Tbsp erythritol (or xylitol)
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice
- Place all of the ingredients into a powder blender and then blend till smooth.
- Top with coconut flakes or fresh mint leaves if desired.
