Morish Mini Meatballs

Meatballs are the best. Easy to make and a sure crowd pleaser, here is one of our favourite recipes which is packed full of flavour. Eat as a snack, in a wrap, in a homemade tomato sauce, with soup or even on a salad.

(Low Carb, Gluten Free)


  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 80g parmesan, finely grated
  • 70g tomato paste
  • 30g fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsps fresh crushed ginger/garlic mix
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsps salt


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl together until well combined
  3. Roll into mini meatballs
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or foil
  5. Bake for 15mins
