DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is the hardest Omega 3 Fatty Acids for our bodies to produce. We need to consume Omega 3 in our diet or via supplements as our body can only produce it in very small amounts. Sources of DHA from our diet include oily fish such as salmon and anchovies (pescatarian) or algae oil (for vegan/vegetarians).
Omega 3s are staples in our homes. When we have overdone life we use Omega 3s to speed up the recovery naturally. With its wide variety of researched benefits we also consider it to be a great proactive health supplement.
