Shirataki noodles are created through the root of the Asian Konjac plant. This root is comprised generally of water and the soluble fibre, Glucomannan, which contains no starch, no sugar, no carbs and only 0.2g of fat!

Directions 

Shiratake Noodles are ready to eat after rinsing under cool water and draining. Add to dish of choice. To enjoy hot noodles, Par boil for 2 minutes, pan fry in a dry skillet or microwave for 1-2 minutes. 

Keep refrigerated once open. Do not freeze.
