Outcast Falafel Pre-Mix.

You will find two pouches inside. Each makes 10-12 falafels.
Empty pouch of dry mix into a bowl
Add 200ml of boiling water & give it a quick mix for no longer than 30 seconds
Cover the mixture with a plate and let it stand for 10 minutes
Roll into balls of about 2cm in diameter
Then flatten into discs for shallow frying or baking.
