Magnesium Sulphate traditionally has a wide range of therapeutic uses and is said to help relieve muscle aches and joint inflammation. It can also be used for relaxation, stress relief and cleansing and soothing body and soul.
Use the salt by itself or add your own combination of essential oils that speak to you.

As a soak: Pour salts in warm, running bath water of 37 – 39 degrees Celsius. For general well-being add 1/2 of 1cup; for tired and sore muscles 2 – 4 ups. Add 3 – 4 drops oil. Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin. Enjoy
As a foot soak: Add 1 cup Epsom Salt to warm water and soak aching feet. Don’t have a tub? You can just use a bucket that you can fit your feet into and cover with water.
As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salts with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
As a conditioner: Mix a handful of Epsom Salts with your favourite conditioner to help add body to hair. Rinse and style as usual.
