This delicious and refreshing smoothie is dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free.
Summer Smoothie Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp whey protein (ideally pure, and from grass-fed cows)
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice (crushed or cubes)
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- Cacao nibs to top
- Simply throw all of the listed ingredients into your power blender.
- Blend it all up, and then just enjoy!
