Summer Smoothie

Created by our resident dietician, Kim Martin, this summer smoothie is a sure-fire way to start your day off right. Healthy, balanced, delicious and satisfying. You will not be disappointed!

This delicious and refreshing smoothie is dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free.

Summer Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp whey protein (ideally pure, and from grass-fed cows)
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice (crushed or cubes)
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • Cacao nibs to top

Method

  1. Simply throw all of the listed ingredients into your power blender.
  2. Blend it all up, and then just enjoy!
