There are no short-cuts to a great product, especially one that is truly healthy. We'd like to share the thought process behind each ingredient in our formulation.
To start with, REVIVE contains no chemicals, colouring, fillers or artificial ingredients. Nothing should be added that isn't necessary. Things like colouring are a red flag for us. They are designed to trick your senses - typical industry behaviour that we don't want any part of.
All our ingredients are chosen for quality and purity. Through a special partnership with Oryx Desert Salt, our sodium comes from one of the cleanest sources in the world - ancient and unpolluted, with no micro-plastics.
Our main electrolyte ingredients areĀ sodium chloride, potassium chlorideĀ andĀ magnesium malate.Ā The chloride form of sodium and potassium provides the negatively charged chloride, which is also an electrolyte, needed for cellular hydration. Magnesium comes in many forms (glycinate, taurate, citrate etc). Our malate form helps with ATP (energy) creation and is well-tolerated, in other words unlikely to cause GI distress.
Electrolyte salts on their own are unpleasant to drink (think of sea-water). We addĀ sodium citrateĀ andĀ calcium carbonateĀ (also electrolytes) to soften the tartness of the other salts. For flavour, we use high-quality, importedĀ natural,Ā spray-driedĀ flavourĀ that givesĀ REVIVE its great taste. The aroma is distinctly noticeable when opening the sachet.
For sweetness, we useĀ stevia leaf extract.Ā The unpalatable saltiness of electrolytes needs some sweetness. In the health world, sweetness is always controversial. There are only a handful of sweetener choices that meet our criteria, which are:
1. Non-artificial ie natural. This rules out things like sucralose
2. Non-caloric, which rules out many
3. Non-glycemic, meaning it causes no rise in blood sugar
4. Insulin neutral, meaning it doesn't provoke an insulin response
5. Easy on the gut, which excludes xylitol, erythritol and other sugar alcohols
6. Powdered, which rules out syrups like yacon
We choseĀ stevia. We could have used monk fruit perhaps, or allulose. In addition to meeting all the above criteria, stevia doesnāt have a lingering aftertaste, pairs well with electrolyte salts and because it is much sweeter than sugar (unlike alluose or erythritol), a tiny amount is required for each sachet.
The final ingredient isĀ citric acid, needed for freshness and to preserve quality. Citric acid is found in citrus fruit; particularly high quantities are in lemons.

Delivery Services:
Lifestyle Health utilises The Courier Guy and Aramex for all our deliveries within South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed during regular business hours. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Delivery Timeframe:
Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery location within South Africa. We strive to process all orders promptly upon receipt.
Courier deliveryĀ takes 2 ā 5 working days depending on the order's destination.
ā¢ Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am ā 5pm.
ā¢ There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
ā¢ Main city centre delivery takes 2 ā 5 working days.
ā¢ With remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.
ā¢ Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Changes to OrdersĀ
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Delivery Insurance
We offer the option of delivery insurance coverage at an additional cost. (Kindly inquire for a quote). The insurance will cover any loss or damage to your shipped products. Once your delivery has been shipped we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit. Any loss or damage without insurance will be at the loss or expense of the customer, so it is advised to accept insurance coverage.
Late Deliveries
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order.
Collections:
If you have selected the ācollectionā option on checkout. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for the order to be processed. Once the order is ready you will be notified via email or WhatsApp that your order is ready for collection.
Please take note of our trading hours, we do not accommodate any collections after hours.
The provision of goods and services by Lifestyle Health is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Lifestyle Health will contact the customer with alternative options.
