Directions

Take ten drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water three times daily. May be taken one to two hourly in acute cases while symptoms are severe. Reduce dosage with improvement of symptoms. As absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, it is desirable to hold the medicine in the mouth for a short period and for the mouth to be free of any other tastes (toothpaste, peppermint, etc.) when taking the medicine. Avoid taking this medicine within half an hour of strong coffee, chocolate, camphor or aromatic substances which may reduce the efficacy of the homoeopathic components.

To be sure that serious conditions do not persist undetected, please ensure that all these conditions are prediagnosed by a suitably qualified practitioner

Precautions 

This product contains alcohol and should be used with caution by individuals with a sensitivity or intolerance to alcohol.

Please consult your practitioner if symptoms are severe or persist without improvement for longer than three days. Unless otherwise prescribed, do not exceed the stated dose. In the event of hypersensitivity or an allergy to an ingredient in this medicine, discontinue use. Substitute existing medical treatment under professional supervision.

Homoeopathic medicines are considered safe for use during pregnancy and lactation. However, the safety of this preparation has not been established in clinical tests.

HOMOEOPATHIC MODE OF ACTION

Homoeopathy is a system of medicine, built on the philosophy that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and should be allowed to do so. Homoeopathic medicines work energetically to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal by promoting or supporting the functioning of the various organ systems. It works according to the principle of ‘like cures like’ such that a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person, can be used to treat similar symptoms in a sick person. Over the last 300 years, observations, experiments, homoeopathic provings and clinical experience have resulted in the collection of symptoms associated with particular remedies which are recorded in traditional homoeopathic Materia Medica.

This medicine has been compiled based on an in-depth knowledge of the tradition and application of homeopathy. The relevant symptoms from the composite remedy pictures are as follows:

Aspidosperma quebracho acts on the respiratory system to increase oxygen uptake and excrete carbonic acid, in so doing relieving dyspnoea and breathlessness, especially on exertion. Aurum metallicum acts on the cardiovascular system to relieve high blood pressure, irregular pulse and associated difficult breathing especially at night. Cephaelis acuminata relieves constriction in the chest with asthmatic cough, dyspnoea, wheezing, haemoptysis and nausea with coughing bouts. Crataegus rhipidophylla acts on the heart muscle and cardiovascular system to regulate the heartbeat, treat low blood pressure, associated dizziness and arteriosclerosis. It also acts on the respiratory system to relieve shortness of breath. Ephedra vulgaris is indicated for extreme fatigue from early in the day associated with poor cardiovascular and respiratory function characterised by a slow pulse, rapid shallow respiration, severe headache and nausea. Eriodictyon glutinosum relieves bronchitis, asthma and whooping cough by promoting the elimination of mucus secretions from the lower respiratory tract leading to improvement of symptoms on expectoration. Lobelia inflata is indicated for emphysema in older persons and dyspnoea that is made worse by exertion although rapid walking can provide some relief. It also relieves asthma symptoms preceded by a prickling sensation all over the body. Polygala senega treats emphysema with tenacious mucus that is difficult to expel and where the constant coughing causes pain in the chest walls. Spongia tosta eases short, painful, difficult breathing that causes anxiety. It is also indicated for an asthmatic cough that is worse for cold air , dryness of all respiratory passages and when exertion causes a rush of blood to chest and face with a feeling of congestion. Strophanthus gratus acts on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to treat bronchial and cardiac asthma, fluid on the lungs and anaemia with palpitations and breathlessness.

Delivery Timeframe:
Our goal is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery location within South Africa. We strive to process all orders promptly upon receipt.
Courier delivery takes 2 – 5 working days depending on the order's destination.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.

• There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

• Main city centre delivery takes 2 – 5 working days.

• With remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

• Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery. In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Changes to Orders 
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Delivery Insurance
We offer the option of delivery insurance coverage at an additional cost. (Kindly inquire for a quote). The insurance will cover any loss or damage to your shipped products. Once your delivery has been shipped we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit. Any loss or damage without insurance will be at the loss or expense of the customer, so it is advised to accept insurance coverage.

Late Deliveries
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not grounds for refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order.

Collections:
If you have selected the “collection” option on checkout. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for the order to be processed. Once the order is ready you will be notified via email or WhatsApp that your order is ready for collection.
