This is a homoeopathic medicine which assists in supporting the function of the respiratory system for treatment of:

Directions
10 drops directly on the tongue or diluted with a little water 3 times daily. May be taken hourly in acute cases while symptoms are severe.
Infants: Dilute with water and allow to stand for a short time before administering. Reduce dosage with improvement of symptoms.

Homoeophatic Mode of Action
Aconitum napellus treats acute cough of sudden onset that is hoarse, dry, hacking and croupy with difficult breathing and shortness of breath. Symptoms are often worse at night.
Antimonium tartaricum is indicated for rattling mucous in the chest that cannot be expectorated. It is indicated for cough which is initiated by eating and is accompanied by pain in the chest and larynx.
Bryonia alba acts on all mucous membranes of the respiratory tract to treat a painful throat with tenacious mucous and difficult swallowing. It relieves bouts of dry, hacking cough at night which are better when sitting and worse after eating, drinking, when moving or when too warm. It is indicated for difficult, rapid respiration and hoarseness.
Carbo vegetabilis has an anti-infective action and prevents the spread of respiratory infection and septic states with great restlessness.
Cephaelis acuminata acts on the respiratory and gastric systems to treat dyspnoea, asthma, wheezing, incessant cough, constriction of the chest and loss of voice.
Drosera rotundifolia acts on the respiratory system to relieve dry, irritating, spasmodic cough which is worse after midnight and leads to retching and hoarseness. It treats asthmatic cough which is exacerbated by talking.
Hepar sulphuris calcareum acts on the respiratory system to relieve the feeling of a splinter in the throat, dry croupy choking cough that is worse when exposed to the cold or eating anything cold and suffocative wheezing attacks with anxiety and hoarseness.
Spongia tosta acts on the respiratory system to relieve dryness of all airways leading to dry, barking, croupy cough that comes from deep in the chest, causing acute pain.
