I have my B-tech Degree in Consumer Science Food and Nutrition which has given me the fundamentals to not only be able to understand the wants and needs of people, but also allows me to assist them on their health and wellness journey. I have been blessed to gain experience in a few different fields like, quality assurance, facilitation and retail in many big companies. 

I am  a Bsc: Psychology and  Industrial Psychology graduate, An avid promoter of  holistic wellbeing.  

I have been in the health and wellness space for over four years. I advised customers about health, wellness and our products; informing customers about the sustainability aspect of our products, initiating and promoting sales, merchandising etc.  

Caroline Jelliman recently took over Lifestyle Health, a bespoke wellness store at the Ballito Lifestyle Centre. Although she has years of business experience behind her, entering into the world of health is the start of a brand-new chapter for her. 

Dr. Magic Mbatha is a dedicated homoeopath with a rich background  in the health industry spanning over 10 years. A master's graduate of Durban University of Technology (DUT) in 2019, Dr. Mbatha combines extensive experience with a passion for holistic health care, offering personalized treatment plans to enhance patient well-being. Through a blend of modern and traditional practices, Dr. Mbatha strives to promote natural healing and balanced living for all clients.

Xolly is the heartbeat in the stock room. You don’t always get to see but she is in the back meticulously arranging and updating the stockroom. She has a well-planned layout ensuring everything is accessible and easy to find. She is responsible for receiving stock and making the store look beautiful.

As an experienced sales consultant over the vast number of years, she has gained extensive knowledge in the health industry. Together with a Masters degree of Technology in Homeopathy, she aims to provide balance and health, helping customers achieve optimal wellness. Her goal is to empower individuals on their journey to better health.

My journey in the Health industry began at Lifestyle Health in Ballito, where my passion for this field was ignited. While at Lifestyle Health, the focus is primarily on supplements, but I have come to firmly believe that true health is a lifestyle. This experience has inspired me to continue exploring and advocating for wellness in all aspects of my life. Managing the Online Store for Lifestyle Health is a new venue for me, and I am excited to grow and expand my knowledge of the wellness industry within this role. Happy Online Shopping everyone!
