SECTION 2: USE OF THE SITE

Lifestyle Health’s website may be used by persons wishing to browse the contents and products in order to make purchases. Persons may not use Lifestyle Health’s website for any fraudulent or speculative transactions. Persons may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the content or images available on the website. 

SECTION 3: AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE

An agreement of purchase between Lifestyle Health and the customer is valid only once payment has been made and confirmation of payment has been received by Lifestyle Health. Until confirmation has been received, all goods remain the property of Lifestyle Health.

SECTION 4: DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to stock availability and receipt of confirmation of payment, orders will be processed within one working day of receiving the order. 

All orders are dispatched via a courier service within 3 – 5 working days unless the customer is otherwise advised. A delay in delivery of ordered goods is not grounds for a refund or return. 

Once delivery has taken place, you accept that in order for us to prove delivery we do not have to prove that you personally received the ordered goods, but rather that a person at the delivery address signed for the delivery. 

SECTION 5: CANCELLATIONS, RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of services and goods by Lifestyle Health is subject to availability. In cases where products or services are not available, Lifestyle Health will contact you to discuss alternative options. 

Cancellations of orders can only be done if payment for the order has not yet been made by the customer. Once payment has been made for the order by the customer, the order can only then be cancelled prior to dispatch by Lifestyle Health. The customer is required to contact Lifestyle Health regarding cancellation urgently should they require cancellation, as proof of payment is taken as consent to dispatch the ordered products to the customer as soon as possible.

If a product is broken or damaged upon delivery, you must inform Lifestyle Health within one working day of receiving it. Lifestyle Health will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you, or to refund you for the damaged or broken product. 

All products sold come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product that you received in your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. If the product is in its original sealed state we will gladly issue a return number and a return delivery address. The shipping cost of the return of the product will be for your account, but the value of the product will be refunded to you should the product be received by us still in its original sealed state. If you have opened and/or used the purchased product and are dissatisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The actions of the supplier to remedy the situation is totally up to their own discretion and Lifestyle Health will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.

If you receive incorrect product/s in your order, you must contact Lifestyle Health within one working day. We will follow up on our system to see whether an error has been made on our side. Should the error be on our side, we will make arrangements to collect the incorrect product and deliver the correct one that was originally ordered.

SECTION 6: PAYMENTS

6.1. Payment Options

Payments can be made via PayFast, using Visa and Mastercard credit cards, or via Zapper. 

6.2. Credit Card Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Faithful to Nature via Payfast who uses the strictest forms of encryption.

6.3. Customer Details

Customer details are stored by Lifestyle Health separately from credit card details that are entered by the customer on PayFast.

SECTION 7: RESPONSIBILITY

All aspects relating to the sale of goods and services on the Lifestyle Health website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of ordered goods are the responsibility of Lifestyle Health.
