Directions

Bio-Milk Thistle: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule per day with food. Users should be advised not to exceed the recommended maximum dose of 1 capsule per day.

Bio-Milk Thistle:

Consult your healthcare professional before taking Bio-Milk Thistle if you are pregnant, take other medication or have any medical condition. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity (allergy) to milk thistle, daisy, marigold, or ragweed or any of the other ingredients in Bio-Milk Thistle.
If any of the following applies to you, please discuss the use of BIO-MILK THISTLE with your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional before you start taking it:
• You have diabetes or you are taking medicines for high blood glucose levels • Medicines for the treatment of diabetes. Milk thistle may increase the risk of low blood sugar levels in patients treated with antidiabetic medicines and careful monitoring of blood sugar levels is required, especially at the onset of treatment with BIO-MILK THISTLE. Dosage adjustments of antidiabetic medicines may be required. Examples of antidiabetic medicines include, but are not limited to, glimepiride, insulin, metformin, pioglitazone and others. Care is also required with the following herbs or supplements that are known to reduce blood sugar levels: alpha-lipoic acid, bitter melon, chromium, devil’s claw, fenugreek, garlic, guar gum, horse chestnut, Panax ginseng, psyllium, Siberian ginseng, and others.eful monitoring of your blood sugar levels.
• You have been diagnosed with an oestrogen-sensitive condition, such as breast cancer, cancer of the womb, cancer of the ovary, endometriosis, or fibroids in the womb. Your doctor may advise you to avoid using BIO-MILK THISTLE.
• Sirolimus following renal transplant. BIO-MILK THISTLE may increase blood levels of sirolimus and thus increase the number and/or severity of its side effects. If you notice any increase in the number or severity of side effects from sirolimus, you must report them to your treating doctor immediately.

Bio-Sulforaphane Advanced: Do not take Bio-Sulforaphane advanced if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to broccoli, sulforaphane, selenium, or any of the other components of the formulation. Consult your healthcare professional before taking Bio-Sulforaphane
•If you have a bleeding disorder or other medical condition or are taking blood thinning or antiplatelet medication. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 2 capsules.• You have been diagnosed with an auto-immune disease (where your body is making antibodies against its own tissue), or you are taking medicines to suppress your immune system (see Other medicines and BIO-SULFORAPHANE ADVANCED). You will require regular check-up examinations with your treating doctor to ensure that your condition remains under control and that your medicines are still effective.
• You have a history of seizures or have been diagnosed with autism. You need to report any change in seizure pattern or frequency to your treating doctor or healthcare provider.
• You have/had skin cancer. BIO-SULFORAPHANE ADVANCED will not protect you against skin cancer recurrence and you must report any suspicious skin lesions to your treating doctor.
