Blueberries are small blue coloured berries with a sweet taste and they can be found growing especially in North America. Bilberries have an acidic taste and grown mainly in North America, North Europe and North Asia. Both berries can be recognised by their blue colour, although bilberries are a deeper blue. And both of them are a source of many phytonutrients, and especially antioxidants.
