Daily Support for Detoxification
We’re exposed to a variety of toxins in our environment from the air we breathe, to the water we drink and the food we eat. As a result our bodies are permanently filtering and attempting to remove the toxins. Primarily we get rid of wastes through our digestive tract, skin, kidneys, lungs and liver. The liver plays one of the largest roles in the detoxification process.

There are two phases of liver detoxification. During the Phase I, the liver breaks down toxins into intermediates that will then be dealt with in Phase II. During Phase II the toxins can be neutralized and excreted. During both of these phases, we need specific nutrients to activate the enzymes that keep this process running as it should.
